Pulse Jet Conversion

Pulse Jet conversion can be performed on shaker or plenum pulse collectors. Conversion: Bag House to Pleat Filter House Products

PRECICON Technologies offers Pleated Filter elements one piece pleated performance filters that replace filter bag and cage. Pleated Filter is manufactured to fit easily into every OEM design for Pulse Jet collectors. The elements are available with many types of filter media, tops and bottoms to handle different process parameters.

Pleated design increases the filtration area 2 to 3 times against the standard filter bags.
One piece design reduces the erection time.
Less compressed air is required hence reduces the energy cost.
Reduces the ACR and operating differential pressure.
Due to short in length reduces the changes of abrasion at bottom side which lead to permanent filter element failure.
Excellent for the undersized bag filters, fine particulate and abrasion problems.
No special modification is required to fit pleat element in existing bag filter.
High efficiency fine filter pleats as compared to standard filter bags.
Pleats are available in temperature up to 12°C
